Reconnection after mixed up disconnection date

Hi VM team, 

I have just been disconnected from my services and unfortunately my new provider still hasn't managed to install my broadband. I extended the disconnection date with yourselves last month and was waiting for an update call due today from my new provider and thought that my disconnection date with virgin was actually the 28th of this month. I was going to contact after I had the call depending on the status of my new set up to further extend my disconnection date if needed but it seems I have got the date mixed up slightly and am now left without any broadband and phone services. Is there any way I can be reconnected and extend my disconnection for another month at least? I work from home most of the week and cannot be without my broadband especially.
