Hi just looking to confirm if there is a period of time after leaving VM before you can re-join as a new customer? I've had mixed responses from VM customer services, one saying 90 days, the other saying as soon as you are no longer a customer, you can re-join.
Trying to find the small print so that I can move forward fully informed!

When did this happen? Was this relatively recently?
What changes did you make your deal?
I’m looking to move from a 250 Mbps broadband plus TV plus phone package which cost me almost £90 a month. That doesn’t include any non-standard TV channels, either such as sports or movies.
for a new customer, there are some great deals at the moment. I think my package would be about £40 if I was to start again!

It happened like 2 weeks ago as I was annoyed as they been charging me £16 extra a month for Netflix premium even tho was meant to extra £5 my bills were meant to be 95 a month with 1g speed with maxit tv ...I'm now paying 80 with maxit and the 1g speeds ...
