Hi,I was meant to receive my install package yesterday but I have heard absolutely nothing from Yodel and the Virgin site insists that it is out for delivery (and with Yodel). Does anyone know what I should do from here?

I'm sorry for our delayed to hear you didn't receive your Quickstart package as expected last Wednesday. Was the package for a new customer order, or for an extra or new piece of equipment?
