Power levels after area upgrades.

afternoon, last week I had an email to say there would be area upgrades on the 24/10/22 ( which I’m sure were just cabinet software upgrades ).

however since then my power levels have been out of spec, please can a tech be scheduled to adjust please? Thanks in advance.

Cheers, I just thought name, address, postcode, am I account holder, account number, email address, bill amount & bank sort code was a little excessive…. I’ve literally never been asked that much 😓.
