Hello, having lots of post Rs errors is ok ? According some topics on your forum means  yes and no. After hub 3 reboot they are back within an hour to similar values. I do get occasionally drop outs with my BroadBand usually back with few min. I would like Virgin Media Team to investigate my line please.

Re: Post Rs errors

PostRS errors are not good.

They are usually indicative of noise in the circuit and will need an engineer to fix.  In the meantime check all connections are "finger" tight from the Hub to outside, as loose connections can allow noise ingress.

Re: Post Rs errors

Thanks for your post piter,

I do believe that Travis is currently offline as he and his team are responsible for looking after our digital platforms over the weekend

I'm sure he'll be in touch with you over the course of the weekend

Kindest regards,

David_Bn
