Today I received my package to install box 360. Everything is ok it have no internet. It supposed that I had to receive a welcome email ,never sender. Without this email I have no account number so I have no possibilities to ask why my internet is not available.
Ok my mistake about the name. The Hub, which provide internet ,is always flashing .try to reboot several times ,and the problem persist. Try to solve visiting Virgin media web. I need a account number that I haven't got because I never received any welcome email . So I spent all day trying to sort it but no way.
