Hi, the outside virgin media cable box / cover is broken.
This happened due to the storm that hit UK few weeks back.
I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site to request a replacement - how do we go about arranging this please?

Usual process for such a request on here is to post a photo of the damaged item. The forum staff then refer that on for a repair.
One of the VM forum team should reply within a day or two.

That's a complete mess, with what looks to be an unterminated end and a cut cable. Needs more than a new cover 😉

All the necessary work will be done via the VM Technician, that's why the photos are so helpful at the start.
If you wait a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

There should not be a cost to repair a damaged omnibox as shown in the photo if you are a VM customer.
