Outside Virgin Box

The outside box is broken and all the wires are open and subject to the rain. Can a replacement box be fitted?

Yes. Call it in as a fault and they can arrange it. Post up a photo and a VM person can asses the damage and arrange it for you when they get here in a day or two.

Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at the property for the time the engineer is there. 


If the appointment is unsuitable or if anyone living at your property has tested positive for Coronavirus, has been asked to self-isolate or has flu-like symptoms then please reschedule the appointment on the same link.
