Ordered a self install kit but realised no wall sockets??

I ordered a self start kit and later realised I don’t have any wall sockets where I want to install my new router, how do I go about booking an engineer to install one?

Thanks for your post and a big welcome to the Community. It's great having you on board.

We're sorry to hear that there are no wall sockets in your property. This is something we can certainly get changed over to a manned install for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
