Order update

Hi there,

I was told to expect everything set up myself on the 12th but not heard anything since order.  This is now getting really urgent as I am responsible for online food orders for my elderly mother in law.  As of 12th I will have no connection.

I cant get through on the phone and live chat is a nightmare.

Please help.
