I placed an order for broadband and phone on the 1st November. I had an expected delivery date of the 5th November. It has now been 3 weeks past the expected delivery date I still haven't received my equipment or even my starting contract.
I just don't understand why I've been waiting so long when it's a self setup. Clearly this happens an awful from what I've seen. Hopefully someone can help me.
