Like many others I am bemused Virgin Media is not available in my flat, the Virgin website sometime thinks my street starts at Number 26, every property from 26 onwards is listed, I live at 24, I phoned Virigin only to be told my property did not exist!! I explained I was  next door to 26 and after being put in hold I was told my address is not "in the system". Maybe I can use that use that excuse when my heating bills go up again.
