No welcome email and no further info received

Joining in

I made a referral account using my friends link to order a router/broadband. After this I received my pre-contract summary email but no welcome email and haven’t heard anything since. I can’t log into a normal account using the same details I used for the referral account, so I have no way of viewing anything. Please could you help me as I ordered the router over a week ago?
