No update on new order

Hi

I placed an order last week for virgin TV and broadband. I chose Friday 10th April for installation date but I haven't received an order update or my welcome pack. I've tried to call through but no response.

Were you sent an account number and area ref? if so send me a private message with them and ill check the status for you.

I've not been issued an account number I've only got the email with the order on nothing else after that

Hi, 

I've redid my order on Wednesday this week, I've just received an email that boxes will be getting delivered on the 7th April. However Ive not been given my account number to sign up for the online account to add my details so I can get a set time for delivery to make sure I'm in.

I've had a peek at the details we have and can see an account set up. I can also see that there is an install scheduled and that an email address is on there.
