No tracking number

I'm supposed to be receiving my quick set up kit today for my upgrade but I have not received anything from virgin or yodel

Also my broadband was supposed to be upgraded to the 350 package but currently on My Account it shows that I have no broadband package and my router is still operating at my old speed 100mb

Can anyone help?

It may well still turn up, the communications for a communications company is very relaxed.

Also likely new broadband will activate with new hub.

Ah didn't realise I'd get a new hub with the upgrade. 

I shall wait patiently,  its not like I can go anywhere 😀

I've got a hub 3 but I'm upgrading to include TV and phone if that makes any difference.

Oh right so when the TV gets activates your existing hub will receive the upgrades

So I've just had a tracking message from yodel, huzzah, so perhaps I was being a bit keen. Given current times any delivery or new thing is very exciting 😀

Fingers crossed my broadband updates when it's all plugged in.
