No isolator cable included in Hub3 / TV360 box

Just upgrade Virgin Media package to include broadband and change from Tivo to TV360. Everything was in the box except the isolator cable, does not show as to be included within box contents, but shown as needed when referring to the Virgin Media connect Hub installation guide

For the moment am using the cable that was connected to the old Tivo, as I have been told to recycle and not send back.

Is the isolator cable really needed, or can I carry on using the old cable that was connected to Tivo box?

If you have an existing installation this will usually include an isolated outlet built into the wall.

If you have something like the photos below, these have isolators built-in.
