I've got an install date but not yet had anyone out to dig up my garden to bring the cable to my house?
I also don't know if I should be collecting my hub/Tv box from anywhere or awaiting a delivery before my install on Saturday.
Communication has been poor so far and I can't go without internet come Saturday when other supplier is cut off.

A 2-man team will bring the cable from the street cabinet to your property typically a day or two before installation. On the day a technician will arrive with all the equipment to do the installation.

Hi, yes it was installed on Saturday, they dug the cable in.
My Wi-Fi is not working yet, the engineer wasn't able to tell me when it would start working.
How long will it take to connect?
Which Engineer told you that?
The pre-install team or the install team.
