No confirmation received

I'm currently moving houses and schedule the broadband to be installed on the 20th. Got an email asking for my landlord details, and after I sent it it was completely silent. I tried to call on 0800 052 7588 but it's saying that due to coronavirus my call can't go through (?) How can i check what stage is my order? I would like to know in case I need to contact another provider to do the service.
