I talk to an operator from Virgin Media few days ago about set up again my Virgin media broadband on my new home.
I have already a pack just I moved home.
I was told that on 13April between 13- 18 PM someone will come at my new adress but I didn't receive a confirmation email yet on my adress. How I check if will come someone or not? Thank you. Claudia.

Hello thank you for answering. My virgin media account number is [MOD EDIT: Removed] and my area reference number is 04.

But I want to repeat again it's not a new instalation. I'm an existing customer that moved to another adress. So if you look on new orders is not there just a transfer from a home to another.
I don't want to book and install a new broadband I'm already paying for one.
