Hi there,
Since starting using this wifi in July we’ve had no account number emailed to us, no physical bills with it on, and no welcome email.
We are unable to get through to customer support as you need the account number to do so!
We are being charged every month fine, but never receive any paperwork or communications about this, and I would like to be able to access the account number.
Any assistance would be very welcome.
