New customer - no yodel tracking number

I'm a new customer, due to recieve my quickstart pack tomorrow but I don't have a yodel tracking number to see when it will arrive. I've logged into the app and checked through all emails, but recieved no update from VM or Yodel. I'm moving into a new place and the only information I've recieved is that the package will be delivered between 8am-9pm, which isn't very clear as I'll be moving things throughout the day. Can anyone advise me on what to do or how to get my tracking number for Yodel? Thanks in advance

I am sorry to hear you have not received the tracking information, this is not what we would expect to happen.

I have checked from our side and it looks like you are all set up which we are hoping means you have received your equipment.
