Hi There,

Trying to get Virgin Fibre installed at my property, but the website says that broadband is not available. I've had a Virgin engineer come out, and they have confirmed that the building is 100% serviceable as there are existing CATV pits with taps right outside the front door (see images below). There are multiple of these CATV pits with taps, I'm only showing the nearest ones. The engineer suggested that I email customer services, however, I can't locate an email address (only phone numbers).

Any help in getting Fibre to my flat would be greatly appreciated!

Which team should I contact to get my block of flats on the Virgin network? This would be for 12 flats, not just my one.

The infrastructure is already present on my road (CATV pits with taps installed) and all the neighbouring buildings have access (a Virgin engineer has confirmed this). This is not a new building (~1960's).

I know that this will need to involve the landlord (a board of shareholders on which I sit) but I am unsure of how to engage Virgin on this matter. Who do we contact to get this started, and what are the steps involved (e.g., getting wayleave)?
