Hi

i have been with virgin at my previous property and I’ve recently moved house two doors away. This is a new build house and isn’t on the system however there is a virgin point outside the house. I am wanting this house to be released by the new builds team but have been waiting and heard nothing.

A VM person may be able to take a look for you but they can take a day or two to get here
