I'm moving into a new build house next week (26/08/2022) and would like Virgin broadband. The developer tells me they've installed all the required cabling for both Virgin and BT, but the property doesn't come up on the postcode checker yet. I phoned Virgin sales last week (~10/08) to explain and they loosely told me that an engineer would be in contact to organise. There was no confirmation email and I've not heard anything so I'm not confident.
Is there a way for my query to be checked / how can I speak to someone to directly organise the install?
