New Hub 3.0 not working

Hello,

I received my QuickStart kit earlier today have been trying to set it up for over 8 hours. I've checked all the cables. Waited for multiple 1 hour spans but the green light at the bottom still keeps flashing. I also tried the factory reset. The status is internet access denied. Any one know what the issue is?

I've also been on hold to speak to someone about this for over an hour - only to get disconnected because the line dropped.

Really sorry you've been having some issues with your new hub, this is never good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look into the back end of things from here and it seems as though this has now been sorted for you.
