My GF had VM rolled out in her area a few months ago (WV37LE).
She's found an offer for the BB and has just signed up to it.
The package includes her being sent the hub to do a self install.
My question is, will VM send a tech out as there's no socket to hook up to inside her house, thanks
If there isn't a socket then she should call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 to arrange a tech visit.

There is usually an installation fee of £40, unless your deal included free installation when it first ordered.
i would ask the pre-installs team to waive the fee if they try and charge for it as they origianly accepted the self install due to there being a previous VM connection there. It's not your fault that the connection points are no longer available . If push came to shove you could threaten to go elsewhere.
