New Customer - Problem with Registering My Virgin Media
I am a new VM customer who signed up last week and the broadband installation is done today. Everything works well, but I have problem registering on My Virgin Media, though several emails since last weeks suggest me to do so. In particular, every time after the webpage of choosing child/virus safety setting, it always leads to an error page so that the registration can never be done. Can someone help with that? Many thanks in advance.
