Neighbour next door has VM but we're told to wait 3-18months

Hi VM media team, i hope youre having a great day!

We are moving into a new build home which is situated right next to a home with VM Broadband (we even share a drive), we rang VM CS about our issue, we explained what I've just said but we were told we would have to wait 3-18months for an engineer to come and inspect if we would be eligibile. Is there absolutely any way of speeding the process up since the house next door has it? My girlfriend works from home, so her life depends on it. I haven't been able to get a helpful answer from anywhere else so this is my last shot 😞

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It's unfortunately been over 2 weeks since i started this thread, and unfortunately no one has contacted us at all 😞 Our move in date is approximately 1-2 weeks away, and we still have no clue what to do about our internet. I've even filled in the form that you did, but to no success in getting anything back...
