Hi,
My flat doesn't have a suitable wall socket to connect a VM hub. I have read similar questions on the community forum. It looks like the only way to deal with this is to get an engineer. I want to make an appointment with an engineer to install it because there is no suitable socket on the wall. However, I tried to call 08000521734 many times and still no answer. Does anyone know how to quickly contact an engineer to install it.
This is really frustrating as I urgently need the Internet.

Keep trying, it will take 2 to 3 days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
