One of my tv boxes does not work. It does not have power on. I have swapped it with my other tv box which works so it is definitely the box and not the power cable. how do I order one? Seem to be going around in circles

I have tried to run some tests from our side but I am afraid the equipment is show as unreachable.
In order to progress with the checks, can you please confirm if the equipment is powered up?
Hi, I have had the checks done on line and changed boxes with one that works. It’s definitely the box. It doesn’t power on.
