Might be being blocked by the VM security Apps. Log into your VM account online and look at the dropdown under "My apps". As I recall, there are a couple that restrict access to certain sites - chatting/gambling etc that might need unticking somewhere - try in F-secure first, then Websafe

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
I am really sorry you're having issues accessing the National Lottery website. Can I ask if you've been able to access other gambling websites, since you've been experiencing this issue? Also have you tried alternative browsers?
Other gambling sites are blocked and always have been. Tried other browsers but no use. This is definitely a Virgin problem. My son tried using my wifi and could not get access, but when he used his phone data no problem.
