Having an absolute nightmare with a moving home install.
all external works carried out however virgin refuse to accept this and keep telling me it’s impossible that the work is complete.
waited another week for an engineer to survey and confirm all complete.
still no install.
left with no connection and unable to work from home.
Still refusing to install as computer says no.
how to I complain and escalate to have this resolved?

Well, a forum staff member may "reach out"©Virginmedia.com to you and offer to start a complaint, but it will be useless as they have no authority or influence with the installation staff.
All you can do is try and set up a temporary connection on 4g/5g until something happens.
