Moving House confusion..

Hello,

I am having trouble finding a link in 'my Virgin media' regarding moving house. Feels like I am going around in circles.

Is there a way to organise moving my account to a new address online? I would rather avoid the phone if possible.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be much apprecited.

You can try <<< this link >>>  for the online chat messenger

It probably won't be working today due to the time I posted, plus it's a bank holiday.

Click on the red box that says Broadband, TV and Phone to open the messenger

Thanks for the replies. ‌🙂

The link above took me to a page that lets me check if Virgin can be supplied at my new address - which is available.

It then takes me to a page that says;

"Get your details ready…Let’s chat!  Some things to bear in mind…" etc

But there are no links? Not sure how to proceed.

The Moving House chat isn't available 24/7, usually only during normal working hours. It's available as I type this, screenshot below., via the link Mike posted after you input your post code and select the house numberClipboard01.jpg
