Hi, I was offered the Hub 4 free upgrade and it was meant to be delivery yesterday. I received an email last week telling me that the date was put back to today, Tuesday 31 August. I had a text message yesterday saying that "we'll be in touch tomorrow with your 2 hour slot". My dad has stayed home all day awaiting this delivery for nothing to turn up - not the first time we've had a Yodel delivery without getting the 2 hour text message. Have had no communication from Yodel or Virgin Media regards to what's happening with the delivery.
