Loosing Connection

Hi.

My Virgin Hub is in router mode and it has to be restarted every few hours.  During the time we have no internet I cannot access the router at 198.168.100.1.

If you are in router mode you should only be able to access the hub on 192.168.0.1, the one you are using is for modem mode only.

192.168.100.1 works in either Router or Modem mode.

Post the Downstream and Upstream stats as well.
