How long can I get an extension isolator cable from vm ?
Do I need to book an engineer for this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

We would be happy to assist further with your request for a longer cable.
We would not order these for you but we can arrange for a technician to either relocate your equipment or conduct a rewire at your property.
The visit would be charged at £25 and this would be added to the next bill generated following the appointment.
