Hi.
Was supposed to receive the QuickStart install pack this Saturday.
But have just received an email stating that the delivery have now been changed to 09/05/2023.
It's too long to wait for a month for the install pack.
Is there anyway to have the delivery expedited?

It might be quicker switching to a manned installation.
You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

We're sorry to hear that your installation delivery has been delayed. When this happens, it usually means there is already an active connection at the property and we would need to wait until that line has been disconnected before hand.
We wouldn't be able to expedite this I'm afraid.
