Logging in Loop

HELP! Ive spent hours going round in circles. I try to log in (yes using the correct user name) and password not recognised, change password does not work and yes I know my security questions.

I am clearly locked out and have sat for hours phoning with no reply.

Please help.

Reset the hub.

VM currently have a fault for the SSO fix due to reviewed on the 1st Feb.
