I am calling and calling VM but nothing is happening. I am waiting for the garden works to be done and the installation date keeps on getting booked in. The engineer turns up and says he can’t install but the garden works aren’t done. I am going mad! I’m going around and around in circles. It’s currently with the ombudsman now as I raised a complaint over 4 weeks ago as VM haven’t dealt with it (no response). I need the garden works done. Anyone know who else I can escalate to?
