Thanks for popping back - I am sorry that you were still having some issues last week. 

 

I have located your account from here and can see that you're currently impacting by a known area issue which will be causing your issues you're seeing at home. The issue is Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and is logged under reference number F008489983. At the time of writing, the estimated fix date is listed to be 27th October.
