Intermittent drops - No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi,

This issue seems to have been happening for about a week now. Internet will drop out although Superhub 3 remains on. Normally recovers itself after a few minutes. Network logs on the router report multiple lines of the following

You Upstream power is right on the upper limit and needs reduced by an engineer.

BTW that information you posted looks like a SuperHub2, not a Hub 3?

Ah, yes, apologies, it is a Superhub 2. Thanks for your response! Good to know that there is something going on that could be fixed.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues but we can certainly look into this for you. 

 

Just need to clarify a few questions for you. 

 

Can I just confirm, do these drop outs occur on all devices or is it just some? 

 

How does your wires connection look? Do you still get a lot of drop outs via ethernet? 

 

Have you carried out any reboots recently? Does this help at all?
