Installed/quick start worked. Activated services. But still no wifi
We received our Hub 3 today and tried to set it up.
Set up seemed to work perfectly and hub has white light. We received a message to say the services were activated and should be working.
Our phones have connected to the hub but there is no internet. The internet is not working.
We have tried factory resetting numerous times. We have also tried turning hub and devices off numerous times and still no internet. I have also rang the activation number to make sure it is definitely activated and it is.
