Installation

I have brought internet only today, selected either 6th April or the 7th April...get an email saying it's booked in for 18th which I did not select?

 

Why is this?

You may experience longer wait times due to the Covid-19 Pandemic affecting call centres. This will have had a knock on effect for service calls and installation dates. Apologies for any delays through these difficult times.

Ok....I feel Virgin need to advertise this a bit more and take away the options to book certain dates as was my case. As this would have influenced my decision on choosing Virgin.
