Installation - "we'll be in touch in 10 days" - never followed up

Hi.

There has been a massive Project Lighting build around us over the last year, but our specific development - being freehold - has us in Wayleave limbo.

I've tried several times to get an answer from Virgin - even if this is a definite "Nope, too difficult" - if we are ever likely to gain service either through build-out or duct-sharing.  I have put our postcode in on the Virgin site and get told "We're pretty sure you can receive services, let us get back to you in 10 working days" - but nothing ever happens.

Anyone able to help?
