Hey, I've recently received my new broadband hub. But I have the wrong wall socket to connect.
How can I get this installed?
Thanks

You can remove that old splitter if you have the newer Quickstart kit. You will need an adapter on the end of the cable, https://www.diy.com/departments/slx-f-type-satellite-cable-coupler/5028422001905_BQ.prd
This will allow you to push fit the new quickstart cable on.
If you only have a Hub and no other VM kit, you can screw that cable directly onto the Hub as a temporary measure until VM install a proper wall socket and isolator.
You may also need to get the kit authorised. Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.
