Impossible to contact Wayleave team.

I purchased a contract beginning of July and had people come out on the 2nd for Install, however they said I needed to get a Wayleave form from my Neighbour before install. This has been done and returned but now they are asking for our landlords permission. We are homeowners. There is no landlord.

Wayleave team are impossible to contact. We just want to schedule in the install and yet they keep insisting we need landlords permission even though we have specifically told them we own our own house.

Please can someone look into this for me as Wayleave Team are literally impossible to contact, which for a company like Virgin, is frankly quite ridiculous.
