Thanks for coming back to us, has a technician been arranged to fit the sockets.
I came back to leave a later update on the matter:
I had the engineer coming by today to solve the problem with my wall socket etc
Apparently, I did had a Virgin Media wall socket installed in my house (If you check my previous posts you can see in the picture)
The only issue was with the VM box outside my house - the cable was disconnected from there. The engineer plugged it back in, and now my hub is up and running.
And I must say that I really love the speed of the internet. 😉
Many thanks to the VM help support moderators who helped me book an engineer.
Hi Cristina, I’m having the exact same issue. Our VM box has no circular cable input.
I’ve tried to call for an engineer but no one answered after 55mins on hold.
We desperately need to work remotely so please can someone help? thank you!
