Just received my new Hub and called up to activate it however even after a reset the light is still flashing blue and not getting an internet connection.
Any suggestions please?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Please click this link as it will explain why the internet might not be connecting on your hub.
Are all the wires in the correct slots on the hub?
When is your activation date, as that can play a huge factor in you connecting to the internet?
You can also ring our activation line number on 👉 0800 953 9500 if the hub is pending activation. This number should automatically activate the hub
