Hub 5. No power supply

Hi. I’ve received my Hub 5 but there is no power supply in the box (I have taken the entire box apart). 

Anyone else having this issue?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a power supply unit for your Hub 5 😞
May I ask if you've managed to speak with the faults team on 0345 454 1111 and they will be able to sort this out.
Alternatively you may wish to speak with our WhatsApp team on: +447305 327 112, drop them a message and they will be able to get this sent out.
