Having various issues since swapping Hub 4 for Hub 3.
I have just tried to access the Hub 4 settings, but the password from the bottom of the Hub 4 is rejected as incorrect. I have not entered the WiFi password by mistake. I have entered the correct case, and I have rechecked several times, each with the same result. I have not changed the password myself.
This is none more frustration in this process which has used many hours of my time in the past week.

have you tried a full reset - if for any reason it has been changed before you got the hub that will reset it to default - if that does not work then it would seem the label is wrong
press and hold the button a good 30 sec - dont guess - time it and add a bit
